Very good because they recently added back the feature where you can let your phone turn off or leave the app and the music will stay playing, everything else is just better than your average spotify because you don’t have a limit to 6 skips an hour because you have unlimited skips. Overall greatness in my opinion. 5 Stars

The shuffle button isn’t functional, goes to next song and stops so you have to press play again. Not helpful whilst trying to use while driving.

Why do you have subscription options if not all of them are ad free. Please be careful when purchasing a subscription .The $19 subscription was the only option apart from a family membership? However, it is not the subscription that allows you to download music, let alone play them offline. So read it carefully before purchasing. Now it is asking me to upgrade to premium for add free music at $23 when it was not an option when I first upgraded? Not helpful at all, as you can listen to the YouTube for free if you have data.

Music takes forever to load!! App is very slow!

No EQ, no fading between tracks, constant crashes If it wasnt for the fact i got YT Music with my Premium membership then i would be back on Spotify or Apple Music

The apps feedback of basic interactions like play/pause or song switch has a huge delay, especially if you connect it to external speaker like tv. The delay can be about 5-25 seconds. There is also a sync delay, if you leave the music play for some time at external speaker and then open mobile app to change the song - it will show you the preview of the song that used to play about 10-20 minutes ago. There is no UI feedback on turning the shuffle on and off. When the song added to the playlist there is no mention of that in the “+Save” menu, so you don’t know what playlist already has that song. The visuals of the app are pretty distracting and sometimes hard to see, because of the half transparent cards and background. The layout is confusing sometimes, as well as the search results. Why would I need videos, comments and likes in the music app? My main goal is to listen to the music! The amount of “trash” songs is annoying- when you look for the song you will find about 5 live versions, covers and releases. I want to see only one the final release
