Brilliant driver great company excellent driver

I have read it in the previous reviews, but didn’t listen. This company is detrimental. Live booking and Pre-Booking gets you late all the time because they are disorganised and come SUPER late! They keep changing the minimum fair. Don’t dare paying with card via the app or link because they collect more money without your permission/knowledge. You call them for inquiry - they re-direct you to their email but nobody is answering emails.. Disgusting behaviour and attitude from most cab drivers and the company.

They now charge you 3 pounds more when you pay by card and say they will return it but they do not return your money.

Useless app booked a taxi to bay by card when the taxi came it was by cash useless app and useless taxi firm

This app took money out without no reason! No notifications! I will have go contact my bank and get a refund! And block them from taking more money! Horrible disgusting attitude! Why u taking money without notifying! DO NOT UPLOAD BANK DETAILS! Stars..? Deserves 5 minus stars!

Download the app and they took money out of my account for no reason with out using there services Don’t download at all and don’t use there services

Your drivers take the piss, takes them 5 minutes to not even move half of the mile…

Ordered taxi 5 hours in advance. Didn’t turn up and when I phoned they said would send when available

Unable to register app No text with activation code sent from Z cars

Was a good app up until the other week. Takes for ages to load anything now. Always crashes. Says my driver is on its way, then it suddenly says still looking for driver. You need to stop fiddling with something that wasn’t broken.
