Customer support is now deleted from the app - you push NEED MORE HELP and you get to self help library. Guys it is not a HELP. When I say I need help - that means I need to ask you something you don’t allow me to do in my app - for example, cancel the order  or change the address.
There is no way you don’t add any options to the app and don’t do consumer support!

Dakle zadnja dva puta kada sam naručila proizvod sa vase stranice vi ste mi poslali totalno krivi artikl i boju…rekla sam si da neću vise nikad naručiti ali sam dala priliku…sto ???da bi narucila guess teniske 40 br,crna boja da bi mi došle smeđe smeđe teniske broj 38 ???? I da ja moram po drugi put ispravljati tuđu grješku i slati paket Nazad da bi mi se vratile pare da bi opet naručila…Žalila sam se na e-mail-u na sto su mi  oni odgovorili da mi ne mogu pomoći i da je takva politika firme za povrat Itd….Trazila  sam kontajt broj od nadređene osobe na sto se nitko nije oglasio nakon toga.Mislim da ste jako ne profesionalni sto se tiče svojih kupaca i potrošača koji troše svoje novce na proizvode koje vi prodajete.Greska  za greškom i jako tužno da vas boli briga  da su vam kupci ne zadovoljni i da ne činite ništa po tom pitanju.Vjerujete mi ljudi ne isplati se ovih oara za ovako ne profeionalno odrađen poso.Sramota

Uzivam i kupila bih puno toga, ali mogucnosti nisu u skladu sa zeljama. 
Zao mi je sto si nisam nabavila crnu shopericu, na vrijeme, sad ih bas i nema. 
Na trzistu se namece VeraItaly - torbe, ali pomalo su dosadne i mada su kozne, ili nisu podstavljene ili su podstavljene s plastikom... 
Crna shoper torba, talijanska,  nisam je preuzela nisam tada mogla odvojiti 600kn. Ne mogu se sjetiti marke...
