My opinion will be more about customer support, because I didn’t find where I could leave my complaint.
Due to the mistake of the Zalando service I paid the money for the thing which I returned. To my request to postpone the date of payment because I need some time to come back home from the vacation and to find the post receipt, I got the rejection. 
So I won’t be using this service anymore as well as I will share this experience with so much people I can.

Прекрасный сайт с большим выбором одежды и удобным сервисом, что все что не понравилось можно не заморачиваясь отправить назад. Но везде случаются косяки, как и со мной случилось к сожалению. Я 2 недели жду возврата денег, и мне пришлось обратиться в чат поддержки. Это просто нечто, сущая катастрофа и позор. Он у вас там в Индии где-то и вы платите им копейки? Настолько некомпетентных сотрудников я в жизни не видела. Мне пришлось 6 раз туда обратиться и каждый раз я попадала на нового оператора но ни один из них не смог нормально помочь. То они мне скинули недействующий эмайл чтобы написать туда о своей проблеме, то письмо с прикрепленной юридической декларацией, не прикрепив ее, затем письмо уже с прикрепленной декларацией, но о том, что я не получила одежду, а не деньги) У меня было ощущение что вы специально наняли таких бестолковых, чтобы поиздеваться над клиентами, которые в итоге психанут и оставят все так как есть, а сайт останется при деньгах. Потратив на это 2 часа своего времени я все же позвонила, ответила девушка явно плохо говорящая по немецки, по русски тоже, но она была единственной кто наконец-то отправил мне верное письмо с верной декларацией. Про невозможность менять язык и про то что сайт ограничивает выбор в способе оплаты расписывать уже не буду. По этому не смотря на плюсы слишком много минсов.

I made an order on November 10, on that day there was a 22% discount on some products, I also used my coupon for 10 €. The application states that delivery is from 2 to 4 days. I received a notification that delivery will be from November 15-17. Today is November 17th and I still haven’t received my order. I wrote to the support service and they answered that my order was not sent because the packaging was damaged, the order was canceled and my money would be returned. But if I order the same goods, they will not be discounted and I will pay more. The support service told me that there would be a 10% discount, but still the product I wanted, even with this discount, would be more expensive. Also, during the entire week, no one informed me that my product was damaged and had not been shipped. My mood is spoiled, I was waiting for some goods for an important day and now I simply won’t have time to receive them even if I order today. Thank you for such a service.
