Very late shipping
I placed my order Sunday. Delivery within 3-6 days. It has’nt even been shipped yet. This delay is really bizar and dissatisfaction

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with, not at all helpful and quick to cut you off without solving your problem
Never buy anything
Order an item first time with this company. Got an email your parcel has been delivered. The delivery person left at the door. As no one at the house. When we came back from the work. There was no parcel in anywhere. Got contact with Zalando. They said wait for 5 days to get the resolve the issue. Contact today and saying sign the legal binding agreement then we can further investigate and solve your problem. They harass you. And now I’m contacting them to solve my issue. They are not helpful. The guy (William)on the phone, he advised us to contact the lawyer if you want resolution. Waste my time and money. But I’m going to put complaint to their head office. I want my money back.

Avoid Zalando
Will never buying from Zalando again. Took ages to return a parcel that came damaged. They should definitely boycott Evri delivery.
