I had a terrible experience with my recent order. One of the items was opened, and the size of another item was changed.
And in a span of 10 days from my order to delivery, a request of size change is not possible. Such a lame platform

Bought an item from their luxury section but the service in not luxury level. It’s taking more than a week to simply ship out my 1 item order. I don’t think it’ll make it to Christmas even when I ordered way ahead. Plus upon further research, I saw that the jewelry I’m buying won’t even come in a bag/box, just some plastic and with the tag of the reseller brand. That’s another thing—it seems like you’re buying directly from the luxury brand, but you’re really buying from a reseller, which makes the legitimacy questionable. I can’t even cancel my order and their CS is impossible to reach. ZALORA isn’t like what it used to be and I’m so disappointed.
THIS STUPID APP AND THEIR STUPID SUPPORT TEAM DOESN'T EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY. I'M NOW DELETING THIS USELESS APP
Your logistic partner ninjavan are thieves. It takes forever to get a live chat support agent. The paid ordered says delivered but no item was delivered and no propf of delivery was posted. Thieves!
What is wrong with zalora right now? I can’t check out anything. In the payment section, it doesn’t show anything on screen. This has been my problem since yesterday.
I’ve been using zalora for more than 10yrs now and my shopping experience has been good so far. But I wish the product/material description could be brought back as it helps users in deciding the right product to buy. Thanks for all the hardwork that the zalora team does!

It's so hard to cancel an order. That's why im so hesitant to use this app i feel like it still has a lot of things needed to work on.
