As a client, I really dissatisfied with the app. Can’t look for upcoming schedule and have to rely on the web. So what’s the point of creating this app?

Apps has many bugs! For example, I try to buy the package there but the status always become "Waiting for payment" even I already pay it.

Lupa password lalu klik ganti password ga bisa2, padahal udah bikin password 8 karakter yg ada angka, tanda baca dan uppercase. Sampe capek sendiri 😂

Tolong perbaiki app nya, untuk tombol save pada bagian edit profile tidak bisa digunakan (langsung keluar app ketika ditekan)

I just registered and my profile picture is the photo of my id card. I tried to change it but everytime i clicked the save button, the apps is closed. Please fix it. I’m not comfortable having my id card as a profile picture

app aneh. tiap buka tutup kudu logan login terus. pas login kluar notif “user already login”. laah gimana se bambang. disuruh login tapi user dibilang udh login. musti install uninstall bolak balik

Awalnya oke order pakai aplikasi Tapi sekarang udh klik tanggal berapa bisa beda bookingannya, klik tanggal 8 Maret yang kluar 7 Maret Apalagi pilihannya jamnya gak kelihatan angkanya sekarang Masa harus tebak2 an Dibenerin dong Zap

Pelayanannya jelek, customer disuru baca sendiri tanpa dijelaskan. BAD BAD BAD. Aplikasi jg tdk bisa dipakai 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
