Whenever I click on the “search” area, the application forces me multiple times to allow microphone and do a search by saying something. I dont want to be constantly bullied into allowing microphone and to constantly get notification popups, I dont need this feature! uninstalled app because of this

Horrible experience with app Zara (Croatia): after noticing that my order wasn’t arriving and I hadn’t received any updates, I tried contacting customer service. I was unpleasantly surprised to realize that Zara provides customer support ONLY THROUGH AI CHAT?! Any company that values its customers even slightly wouldn’t do such a thing. Furthermore, it was impossible to reach a live agent, and even when I managed to get in touch with one, they refused to provide any concrete information. And so it went on endlessly. In the end, I solved the problem by somehow finding the phone number for Zara’s office (completely by chance) and being very, very persistent, calling every day to get my money back. Only after several weeks of back-and-forth did I finally get my refund. I no longer shop at Zara. Precisely because of such treatment of customers. Shameful.

Dear Zara in Croatia, please add another post for delivery because with hrvatska pošta it’s takes forever to get my order. Thanks

Ove sezone imate najbolje kolekcije do sada. Stranica je odlična, brza dostava, još jednostavniji povrat neodgovarajućeg artikla, expresni poveat novca. Sve pohvale.

In short: I dropped a lot of $ on an order and after 2 weeks of waiting with no package or comms via the app or by email, I decide to reach out via chat to speak with an assistant who might as well have been a bot. No explanation, no apology, no desire to resolve the issue. Simply: there was a technical problem and you will get your money back eventually but we do not know when - you can write us in a week time to inquire on the status of the situation. That’s it, have a great day. Shame on you Zara.

Cant access my profile in app, no size recomendations because of it, every update is even worse. Fix your important bugs not just looks.

Izuzetno loša aplikacija. Nema puno mogućnosti filtriranja, a o rušenju aplikacije prilikom rasprodaje da ni ne pričam. Izuzetno loše.

Please fix the problem with payment system, i want to use payment on delivery method only. Otherwise the package gets lost, if its payed online. Therefore I only want to pay on the delivery. Second thing is that some of the newer items does not load on time, you can see them on instagram but not on the app. And checking if the item is available in the store near sometimes doesn’t work.
