Ordered 2 jackets 7/7/2024 ETA 22/7/2024. “Being processed” for 11 days until the status changed to “being prepared” at 18/7/2024. Finally the package sent, and it’s out for delivery two days later (Jakarta-Jogja). Received my package 20/7/2024. CS was only available at working hour by Chat App.

The App is not working really well. There is supposed to be option for refund and input our bank detail. I canceled my order but my money is not refund until now, its been 1 month. The zara care always says is “on process” and why zara using 3rd party and AI for customer care? Its very important for customer satisfaction. Please I want my money back
