Guys please don’t use this.
This is my first booking in this app and i pay through card while booking and i was waiting for my cab and cab driver cancelled the booking, these guys not allocate other cab
Then i booked other cab with other app and the money still not refunded ( 1 week) 
I’m following with them daily for my refund still no response everytime they’re telling today you will get it…

I booked my ride in advance as I had to go to a party. 5 mints before the pick up , I opened the app and there was no ride scheduled, chat support told me that it has been cancelled due to no driver availability. I mean ? There is no push notification, no canceled ride?? Waste if time and effort.

Scheduled a ride to the airport a whole 12 hours before my actual pick up time and the driver never showed up. Also tried instant bookings and drivers that are more than 15mins away accept the bookings. If you’re in a hurry then I would recommend using another taxi app as this company doesn’t seem to have enough infrastructure to accept rides that need to be taken instantly. So far out of 4 rides I’ve only actually had 1 rider be at the correct location at the correct time. Waste of time

Booked a car for 0620. Booking showing active but no driver assigned. Support were very slow to respond and eventually told me that I had cancelled the day before (not true). I used Careem instead otherwise I would not have managed to get to work.

I had a ride from mirdif to Marina and the application is not willing to end the ride and driver had to stop and call the maintenance department and while the meter was running I had to call them aswel but nobody was answering, and the advertisement for the cars were all fake I ordered a 6 passengers and got a Toyota.. I feel scammed and this is the last time I’m ordering from your application. Fix it and don’t fake advertise to get costumers for your business.

The app is not at all like it is in the ads, it’s just another mediocre overpriced transport service. Don’t download it if you’re expecting luxury because it’s extremely average. Uber is an amazing alternative for actual luxurious rides.
