Late response to everything….

Streaming quality is not good

Everytime i start streaming TV shows on any platform like mobile, iPad, TV, smart stick all time only TV show buffers very much and keep buffers every minutes like when yiu have slow internet. Where my internet plan is 900mbps and it streams Netflix 4k. Where this app SD quality also buffers. I tried complaint many times but no response. Not worth to spend money on this app and subscription.

I start the one year subscription, after 5 moth I can’t watch movies. When I click to watch movie it’s shows to start the premium membership. I send emails to them to solve the issue but no reply from them. Just waste of time and money

This app is very bad to have. When we connect from phone to TV the quality goes down. Moreover when we click on more it says this content is empty. Very bad experience.

False advertising

How can this be advertising gold rush from discovery on google tv when it doesn’t have it? Deleted straight away

Bad quality streaming. Inconvenient to check which season it is, or what did you watch before, or no description of which language content it is Untill you stream it itself. So sensitive click like if u scroll to check and suddenly get clicked on anything then it will play suddenly. Means whatever you currently watching will get replaced. I just play the video just by clicking instead of just showing details about. Need a lot of hard work to reach the level of other famous ott platforms.

Very bad

Too began it was ok . After a while the moive clarity very bad on tv . I use Amazon prime and you tube both paid member but the clarity very good . But Zee 5 very bad blurry on tv you need to keep uploading and downloading the app do everything going backward and forward. They have some good selection of movie but there streaming service with blurry pictures . They should sale there company I really need my refund back Regards Vikas

Good but too much advertisements

Fantastic

Amazing streaming quality. Easier to navigate to previous episodes unlike other Free OTP provider like Sun. In fact, serial content is drastically changed compared to other torturing mental exploitation serials. Hats off to the writers and other stakeholder to pitch in such content.

Pathetic App

This app is so slow!!! Exits while watching. Crashes so many times. Very poor service. It was updated recently and the UI looked different. Was hoping they fixed slow app issues but nope. Still very slow and randomly crashes. Takes ages to watch something that i was watching before. Zee5 pull up your socks. What age are we living in?!
