My experience with your wallet has been disappointing.
I initially transferred 200 Dhs from Binance as a test, and the deposit process was smooth. However, once I attempted to use or withdraw the funds, everything changed. Suddenly, I was faced with confusing and illogical rules — in order to withdraw just 200 Dhs, I was asked to deposit an additional 550 Dhs in Ethereum.

When I reached out for clarification, I received vague and unconvincing answers. If there are fees involved, why not simply deduct them from the existing balance, as most wallets do? I even tried to swap the 200 Dhs internally to Ethereum, but that option was also blocked, with the same repeated response: “deposit 550 Dhs first.”

Honestly, this raises serious concerns about transparency and trust. If I can’t even withdraw my original 200 Dhs, what makes you think I would trust you with 550 more? Especially considering your platform isn’t even a trading service — at the very least, users should have basic flexibility and control over their funds.

This has been a very poor experience. I strongly urge you to revise your policies and provide clear, transparent communication moving forward
