It was working okay and then at one point stopped recording data. I reinstalled the app but again, no previous data is shown (even with the account linked), no recording of new data, nothing. Customer support is all in French. I am so confused, how am I supposed to use it now?

My step series was broken down several times. This is so sad when you have more than 100 day in it. Now it’s 3-d time of this issue. Yesterday I made 1000 steps more than need to my goal and my wrist was vibrated and show that goal reached. Today I have day in series is 0. It needs to be 114. So sad. Apple 11, Xiaomi smarband 6.
