Why

The updates are sooooooo slow. They take so long. I have very good internet but this is just bad

Doesn’t work app!!!

This app is not working, everything freezes when open app😡

App crashing constantly

The data you get from your scale is good and well interpreted. The app however is horrible. It freezes every time you use it. Literally every time.

No support for 2year old watch

Bought and used mi band 4 for 2 years now. With some update, notifications and music control on band stopped working - band lost 80% of usability. Company doesnt care about this, they support just latest product, which is ‘old’ 6 months after release…

Needes to be more open

I have the app because we have the xiaomi smart scale and it needes this app for information gathering. What i am missing is the abbility to connect my apple watch to watch my heart rate and also for sleeping. I am suprised the app is closed off to apples health information. Do not understand this except to force the user to buy other accesories but that is something i will never do. Hope this changes.

Last make over

I loved this app at the start, after the last make over it is horrible. You only show a bunch of average figures and no way to see how many steps I actually made last month or week. Who the f… had this bright idea?

Stuck at profile screen

What an crap of an app. Cannot continue over Profile screen.... Uslesss

Painful

I hate this app so much I have to write a review. It periodically erases all my data. I need to make an account when I already have an account, you keep having to create accounts and give all sorts of private data to who knows who. Every time I use it online (I usually just pair with bluetooth) I just know it will make me accept new invasive terms of use, and every time it in fact does. Sleep info just doesn’t work half of the time. Today it once again bugged me to log in, I tried to, it said the account doesn’t exist. I was annoyed and made a new account, knowing that will once again erase all my history. I created the account and now my band refuses to pair (it shows as paired just fine in my actual phone settings, but the app is not registering) and the app is telling me to contact customer service. I’m so over how sub par this app is.

Can’t connect band; tried to send request for help..but get can’t connect error when send..
