ZEROFAT - Healthy Meal Plans

I’ve recently subscribed to the meal plan, and wasn’t expecting to have such a variety of meals available. The food tastes fresh, most of it is easy to transport. The app is really good. With weekly plan meals change, you can choose each meal and customize it by your taste. Every meal has at least 4options every day, you can leave remarks/ feedback on each meal.

The customer service team never reply to you. Telephone numbers never work. They send the wrong meal and sometimes even missing meals to you. I want a full refund

I have been trying to contact anyone since they refused my ordered and I got charged for it and no one is answering me. I emailed , wrote on both watsapp and instagram and no one cared to follow up with me. I paid 1243 aed , and I got no service and am getting no responses . Very disappointing!

Very bad app, not workin all the time and they will send you at rubbish food. They will keep telling you, there is problem with the app to take your money then sending rubbish food!

The best meals, the quality and the app made my life easier. Worth a try everyone

The app asks me to login using username and password. I never singed up. There is no option to sign up. You are doing amazing guys, but issue related to user login and signup while you are doing marketing is worst thing for any business. If there is one thing to test, I will test login and signup.

I had the most worst experience ever. Un-organized, miss deliveries, miss to share the weekly plan, food is horrible, not professional in dealing with customer concerns, managemebt very poor, I was not loosing weight,,, most worse of all they cut the service suddenly while i still have 11 days, when I complained they didn't care and even I asked for refund and they are refusing to bring my money back. I made complain to the consumer rights. You don't deserve any single star even and will never recommend to anyone
