Important terms and conditions regarding personal loans offered on the ZestMoney App

ZestMoney facilitates personal loans through its lending partners to select customers based on different factors like good repayment behaviour etc. The loan repayment period can vary from 3 months to 36 months. The maximum cost (interest & processing fee) can go up to 36% APR (Annual Percentage Rate) based on an individual’s credit profile, although most of our customers incur much lower cost. As an example, if you take a personal loan of Rs.20,000 for a tenure of 12 months at 20% interest rate, you will have to pay a processing fee of Rs.708 (3% of loan amount & GST) and your EMI will be Rs.1853. The total interest charged will be Rs.2232 (which is already included in your earlier mentioned EMI amount). Hence, you will be paying a total of Rs.22,940. EMI repayments can be made directly to ZestMoney via payment modes such as UPI, Debit card or net banking.

This is one of the worst app. When pay anything by EMI they don’t give cashback aa they mention in app. Also it not No cost EMI. Since last 2 years I didn’t received my cashback yet. I tried to call multiple times but Support team is not available. Totally Fraud app don’t use this app.

Worst app i have ever seen. I have paid all the the loan amount, still the Zest Money agents contineously calling me for the payment of remaing loan and due amount. The app shows all closed EMIs from my side and no option for repayment. Moreover, on their side of companies platform they didn't receive the payment and they are applying due charges and loan amount.

Please dont use it

Even after paying all my payments before the due date my credit limit got blocked. Also due to the late payments by zest money to their partners it shows so many late payments on my cibil score data,when I didn’t even have any other emi except for zest money. It’s been almost a year and now my entire cibil score has spoiled. M never ever buying anything from zest anymore nor would recommend anyone.

When I am trying to contact zest money it’s says not able to verify the mobile number.
I even mailed them but there’s no response

For queries it is difficult to get response. Even for customer care centre, waiting time is more than 15 and after that they will just disconnect. 
I’m not using this app but even though there is an entry in my credit records which CIBIL requested to check with Zest itself but they are not approachable. Seems we have to go for some legal options.

Im using this app since more than 3 years and taken loan and closed over 5/6 times and for now they have given me offer for another and I applied. after that the app was asking to do kyc again and once done they says we cannot provide loan reason is unknown. talked several times with customer care they says will check and call back for the last one year i haven’t received any callback from them so deleted the app and recently logged in again and checked still the app was showing to update kyc now im deleting my account permanently

Hi have lost so much money due to zest money and they said and also they will give one agreement that payment they offer but they wont stand on that and wont give money and also they wont close all emis eventhough i have paid all the emis but they make as 1 emi didn’t pay .
