Can’t log in

You will get a server error when you try to log in. Customer service will not refund any pre paid credits you purchased.

I keep getting a server error anytime I try to do anything on the app. Disappointing.

The app allows one to rent a moped and pay by the minute or for a full day in several cities, including Florence, Italy. It’s easy to use, and the customer support team is very responsive. There is a bit of a learning curve to using an electric moped if you’ve never ridden one before, but if you have experience with any kind of moped or motorcycle, you should be able to figure it out quickly. The electric mopeds deployed by ZigZag are very quiet (as you’d expect) and fast enough for city use. And the rates, especially daily ones, are affordable compared to the competition. In a city like Florence, it’s a perfect way to get anywhere you need to go quickly. Free and plentiful parking for mopeds is a huge bonus in a place where car parking can be a real hassle. You do need to provide your driver’s license info (of course), which will need to be reviewed. So, if you’d like to rent one of their mopeds for short rides or a full day, set up an account in advance.

Nonostante le molteplici richieste inviate tramite form e mail, nonostante un call center inesistente, il mio credito pre-pagato a seguito é stato trattenuto ed azzerato, nessun rimborso ho ottenuto e nessuno scooter é noleggiabile da Maggio 23.

È da una settimana che è in stato “verifica in corso” per la patente. Scrivi al servizio clienti e non ti rispondono. Se non siete in grato di far funzionare un app non la rendete disponibile. Risolvete i problemi per prima cosa. Neanche è possibile cancellare l’account. Veramente inutile

Usato il servizio per anni senza problemi, da due mesi non visualizzo più nessun veicolo sulla mappa a Milano

Cinque giorni per verificare la patente e ancora è in fase di verifica. Per la carta di credito però sono bastati pochi secondi

Sono riuscito ad utilizzare il servizio solo una volta e mi sono trovato molto bene, poi non sono più riuscito ad usufruirne a causa dell’app che presenta svariati problemi: non permette di comprare i pacchetti, la maggior parte delle volte che la apro non mi fa visualizzare i mezzi a disposizione nelle vicinanze, e altri problemi. Ho riscontrato questi problemi su iPhone 13 Pro Max, è davvero un peccato.
