I am using this stupid application nearly one year and from last month I can’t make any payments because one day I saw that I need to link my card but I already linked my card before and I made payments so I texted to the team and I called for support and I tried whatever I can for help. However, the useless supporting team always replies to me like they are working on it kindly wait for 3 to 5 working days. How many times guys I still asking for help and support and you are continuously proving the you guys are such a waste and useless people. Having said that, please don’t use this platform and I am not recommending this application for anyone. Moreover, I give you 1 star but actually you guys don’t deserve any stars.

Appalling service. Tried placing an order that didn’t go through. I was charged by Zilch and told they could not help me without an order number (there is no order, the payment went from by debit card, to Zilch who then didn’t honour the transaction so I am owed money by zilch for an order I haven’t got).
I’ve been dealing with zilch for 3 weeks now, it’s like talking to an automated bot who just repeats the same thing over and over again. Really not worth the hassle. Would advise to COMPLETELY AVOID!!

The app does not show you your factual state of account, very buggy. There are far better solutions than Zilch out there. That one star is for customer service as these guys are ok, keen to explain what’s going on with your account behind the scenes as the app very poorly communicates anything. I will pay up a few more instalments and getting away from this and will try to use more Monzo Flex more instead

No hassle easy to use no nasty surprises or sudden rejections (are you listening KLARNA) zilch has saved my Christmas as without it I could possibly have bought all my food shopping and present in one place.
