Amazing is the word

I am disappointed as this app doesn't have the feature to upload XLSX file for inventory list which even cheaper applications do have. Please update if you have any info on this.

App crashes

Whenever I try to receive the pay order. App crashes. Please fix.

DO NOT BUY Terrible product terrible customer service

I started using zoho inventory since January . There were a lot of challenges the app . The customer service informed me there were multiple issues with my online accounts(which I later found out was not issue) I invested significant amount of time rectifying these non existent problems while zoho continued charging me fees. I fixed the issues which they told me only to find out it was irrelevant It was clear that the zoho staff was inadequately trained . And relied on trial and error method ,4 months later app still remained disfunctional . New glitches keep popping up when I reported these glitches zoho would take 2 weeks to address them ( while I am paying high monthly fees to use this) However it’s 6 months now since I keep calling them when new glitches keep popping, on 19ty I decided to contact them to request for cancellation and refund. The agent assured me that someone would call me back and assist me with refund process It’s been. A week I have not received any call despite my daily attempt to follow up Using zoho as been incredibly frustrating and disappointing it has not only wasted my time but has proven to be a poor investment of my money . The LACKLUSTER customer service further adds to negative experience l. I have wasted my time with this I strongly advise others to save their time and money by not buying this NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU EVER CONSIDER ZOHO

Misses all crucial feature

1. When placing sales order one cannot view stocks available for sale, instead shows total stocks including ones we have already committed. 2. No way to hide sales order from different sales rep. 3. No proper ways to create item bins. 4. DON NOT USE this if you are planning for warehouse management. No bin mapping or stock locating feature. Overall this software has only poorly thought out features and unwanted features.

Hi Zoho i like your app it’s work excellent and it’s good for small business as I have I would like to know that how many item we can add in free version and as I know that this is 14 days try application so what about after 14 days And if I want to subscription this app for 1 year how do u charge for small business Regard Kailash kumar soni

Worst Customer Servcie

I’ve been unable to sync sales order from SHOPIFY & AMAZON for the past week which is hampering my daily business. Despite multiple calls, mails & messages no one from your Compnay has contacted & helped in resolving this.
