If you use the program on your computer, you get used to a bunch of different capabilities. The computer version of the program is fantastic. The app for your phone is good to see what needs to be done but terms of project management. It’s pretty much useless.

In my role I use the app primarily for issue tracking. Clicking on items in the Notifications list crashes the app about 25% of the time. I have crash reporting turned on in the settings so maybe they are getting them. The My Issues list hardly ever syncs with the server, I often have to go into Settings and reset the app to force it to pull down the current list.

I can’t even get my task set up the way I want it to evaluate the app to see if it would work for me. If I’m struggling this much with a basic task, I’m not sure it can work for me. I wouldn’t give it a low rating for not fitting my situation but basic issues is different.

I’m trying to look at the Gantt chart. I made a task starting today and with a due date of tomorrow. The Gantt chart shows it from yesterday to today. So I opened the task to edit it and it shows yesterdays date to todays date.

I went through a whole bunch of experimenting and weird results that I don’t remember it clearly smith to explain the process. I ended up with moving the dates ahead and now it shows it on the Gantt chart correctly (today and tomorrow) but in my tasks, it says I have no tasks for today, because I have to select the dates one day in the future to get it to show right. 

I checked time zones and it was in Europe at first but changing it to my time zone (US Eastern) and it made no change. I then deleted the app and re-downloaded. No change. I deleted the project, remade it and created new tasks. No change. 

It might just be an app bug but I’m too frustrated to experiment with the website. And even if it works in the website, it doesn’t change the app display.
