VPN Zoog: Secure VPN & Proxy

One year ago ZOOGVPN was a fast and efficient VPN, but now it’s almost stopped working. Slow, hard to connect and can’t even compete with free VPNs, not even close.

Highly recommend ZoogVPN as a premium VPN service

I've been using ZoogVPN for about six months now. It works great and is very easy to use. I have a few friends who have used it and they love it too. I found the service to be a lot cheaper than the competition and I got a good deal on the package I bought. I also like the fact that I can access and use the service anywhere. For example, I can log into my account and start using the service while on vacation.

Apps know you are using a VPN and don’t provide the service

Instantly detected and blocked by even the lightest security. Wanted to use it to legitimately access my web hosting account in the U.K. Immediately blocked. Now I’ll probably lose my account. Gee thanks garbage merchants 👎

Seems to work on the IPad and IPhone, but after downloading it onto the firestick it won’t authenticate? Any ideas?

Purchased the premium plan as it CLEARLY stated on their website that you can watch ITV hub, BBC iPlayer etc. This is a complete load of nonsense, they even say try it for 24 hours and if it doesn’t work then you can cancel and receive a full refund for your purchase. ITV etc have found the loopholes to block VPN’s. Contacted their live chat, they are as much use as a chocolate tea pot. They asked me to email support who would get back to me in 24 hours, 72 hours later and nothing, highly doubt they will either. Contacted sales for a refund, looks like they can’t read either as their reply to a refund request was try using London 2 ! DUH, do you think I wouldn’t have tried that?? Customer service is completely and utterly non existent and pathetic poor. How this company is even in business is beyond me. Thankfully I will only lose 1 months cost as my time is more valuable than chasing these morons for a refund of £7.66GBP. So don’t make the same mistake I did by trusting this company for what is says on its website and think again if you think you will get any support from them once payment made. Rule number 1: Don’t trust them Rule Number 2: Stick to Rule number 1.. That way you can never go wrong and use a company that you can trust, just not this one.

I was quite happily using this service mainly to stream bbci player because thats what they advertised and these ads still appear online. When this eventually failed i contacted their customer support after chatting with an online agent. The response i got via email unbelievably accused me of being ‘abusive’. Either the respondent had / has a limited grasp of the english language or is such a sensitive soul that i suggest customer service is not the right profession. Needless to say even though i have a paid for subscription, this app is being deleted. The vpn app is fine apart from bbc iplayer streaming - but so are so many other vpn apps. Move on to someone else if you are likely to ever have to rely on customer service interaction

Very happy with ZoogVPN - loads quickly and doesn’t seem to reduce the browsing speed at all. Got UK BBC iPlayer and Netflix without any problem while viewing in India Seems better than Tunnelbear and Cyberghost which I’ve used before. Both dropped browsing speed a lot and it was always hit and miss whether we could watch UK streams.

Fantastic - I have no problems apart from starting up and I always got a quick response, didn’t have to wait any length of time at all. Very reliable indeed.
