Great coffee but shocking customer service for customers who are having issues with the app. Very disappointing this hasn’t been addressed yet. And the in store customer service needs improvement as well.

My voucher cannot be use and bugs at checkout page. It show discounted at first then it revert back as claimed. The service help chat not even helpful as she just mentioned HAVE BEEN CLAIMED and close the chat session. i lost my money just like that, thanks zus! (Hopefully you guys check my transaction LOL)

Very good, similar to Chinese coffees when I come to order . I just cost Rm 5.9 for a cup of coffee

when i top up rm 20.00 and i use less than rm 20.00 the money will expired why my money balance have expired date ?

Wondering if you can improved the app ... 1. The current font / size of side menu bar is so small , it's almost impossible to read 2. Can you add the ability to share for a group order .
