The App doesn’t seem to have been updated to align with your Tide Tariff. Only two boxes (Day or Night) to submit readings as opposed to the three needed (High, Low or Other) should they ever be needed. How about bar chart data to allow for toggling between kWh or £ under High,Low or Other? How about Weekly as well but also including breakdown by %? Ditto for Monthly and Yearly.

100 Green are a brilliant energy company but this app does leave a lot to be desired. Up until late 2023 it was possible to get meaningful import and export data - now it is not possible to see monthly export data and bills have to be calculated manually by 100 Green. Such a shame as it detracts from the app. Surely this can be sorted?

Confusing interface as the Gas usage does not show at the same time as the Electricity usage. So whilst I have electricity showing from 1st Feb to 4th March there is no reference to Gas usage. Once the bill has been finally generated it’s fine. But if you want an accurate showing for BOTH Gas & Electricity in real time then it’s not helpful at all.

I signed on with GE and with my log in name and password it never works! I’ve tried and tried but! It’s totally irresponsive and I’m fed up of trying as this is now 2 months of trying to get bills!!!

It still looks like the old app design. Still no way of seeing anything more than the bog standard data. For those of us on the Tide tariff, it would be great to see usage across the different Tide periods (day, month, year). It would also be great to see what GEUK are registering as export (for those of us with solar). This was discussed with the App design team months and months ago with an exciting mock up being touted. I don’t know what happened to that more progressive version.

Despite what the app shows in the App Store you can’t send readings through the app because that feature is not there in they latest version. I got it. Version 1.2.1. Absolutely useless in this regard. Fix it please.

The worst energy provider ive ever been with!! Takes them 3months to respond to emails. They DONT use the meter readings you submit to them! It takes them 5months to send u bills when your on a quarterly bills! The bill for gas just for nov, dec & jan was £530.68 thats for the heating being on 30mins in the morn & 30mins at night OFF! The rest of the day/night. 17days it wasnt even on at all!! Single person in a bungalow and the gas bill was that high! Somethings wrong somewere!!! Oh but dont ask them about it because you will be called a lier…!!! AVOID THEM!!!

The app needs updating, it doesn’t show past direct debit payments, doesn’t update meter readings correctly.

Initially would not open, but after a week or so, deleting and re-downloading it’s sprung into life. Seems to work well.

The app is stuck on the loading screen. Please fix
