In the book The Beginning Runner's Handbook, there is a run program aiming to turn everyone - walkers, first-time joggers into runners, without injury.

And it works, as proven effective by thousands of people according to the book.

In the app, we include the complete runwalk program from the book. You could choose to start from the beginning or skip to the part that suits you.


*** Realtime Background Voice Reminder

If we follow the exact procedures of the run program, we need a reminder of what's the next step. This is what the app does. It will tell you what's the next step and how long it will take, even when the app goes background.

Voice reminder requires the permission of GPS. Please grant it before use.


*** Detailed Running Statistics

The app keeps the records of your running every time. You could go and check the detailed statistics whenever you like. 

Route of your running will be displayed too. You could see your route in the map after finish running.

Monthly report shows you charts of daily running distances and other numbers that we think matter.
