1441 Pizzeria

No issue with pizza but There are issues with delivery infact the store person asked that I should send someone to collect the order, I love the pizza but the support experience is super bad

Dont even try to order from their website the delivery person will not even pick up your callss and store person will keep on stationg that person is reaching in 10 minimum-5 minutes Your money will be gone and no pizza will be delivered ever Waste of money

The App keeps having issues - for more than a year now. Currently keeps saying you are offline - whereas my internet is working just fine

Found the app user friendly and simplistic. Restaurant puts up great offers from time to time and ordering is only a few clicks away. Pizzas are great

I created account through website but while logging in through phone there is no option for email id. Also the login asks for 0 before the number but this is not being allowed in the app login page. Eg .while creating account on website the number was 0 xxxxx xxxxx. But this 0 is not accepted in the app so I’m not able to login as it says user doesn’t exist.

Thanks to Devendra and his team from Koramangala for giving a delicious pizza and fixing the issue right away even it’s pretty late like 11:30 pm, beyond that thanks for addressing my issue delighting with an unknown surprise from Kenrick Fernandes. Human error would’ve happened but the way treated 1441 pizzeria is beyond my imagination and appreciate their patience. They should deserve everything.
