## 15 Minutes Description
15 Minutes transforms your time management by prompting you to note what you are doing every 15 minutes. A simple and effective method to become aware of how you actually spend your time.

HOW IT WORKS

Your day is divided into 15-minute slots. At each interval, a notification reminds you to note your current activity. In just a few words, you document what you have accomplished. Reply directly from the notification without even opening the app.

FOCUS MODE

Turn on Focus Mode and work in 15-minute sprints. A beautiful countdown ring shows the time remaining in the current slot, your screen stays awake while you work, and when the 15 minutes are up, the app asks you what you did and starts the next session automatically. Focus, log it, go again.

DAILY GOALS

Start every morning by setting your 3 goals for the day. They stay visible at the bottom of your screen all day long, and you can review how yesterday went before setting today's intentions.

If you know you know. This app is brilliant if you’re following this method from Alex Hormozi. Wish I had thought of the idea myself!
