Throughout the 2.3, you’re not given enough pulls to guarantee one of the 12 (TWELVE) characters (re)running on the whole patch, since they all have a 50/50 chance of dropping. I started playing wuwa near the end of the 2.0 update after dropping Genshin (I was really burned out and dissapointed with it), and it’s really such a breath of fresh air. The story is really cool, I love the fun and easy exploration, the echo system and unique character designs, and the early-game benefits and rewards for quests and exploration are amazing (I got two 5* in the first two days of playing, that’s insane). 
The only issue I had was that the game crashed a lot (especially during exploration) when I first downloaded it, but that was very much ameliorated during the 2.1 update, now it only crashes very rarely and really doesn’t hinder my enjoyment of the game. 
The devs did an amazing job with this game!!
