Additionally, the participant percentages on the main dashboard weren’t updating unless we clicked into each athlete individually, meaning we were often working with outdated information. This made it really difficult to follow and support multiple people—especially without being able to track them on the map. We ended up missing our team because of this. I have never ran as slow as the app is making out.
