This app allows you 1 workout, which wasn’t even enough to sell me on it, then wants you to pay to continue.. don’t waste your time or money. I deleted immediately.

A group of us downloaded the app and everyone got a “free” version while two of us got a version that required payment. Two were offered 99 cents a week to try and another 4.99 a week. Why is there no consistency in experience. I’m deleting the app.

How is this free ? I was just ask to pay per week I’m so tired of the lies ..

I used to love this app, I was working out 5 days a week and it was really free. I loved the workouts and it started at my level and was increasing as I could do more. One day I went to log in and it lost all my progress, I had to reset all of my info, and when I did that, the workout was way beyond my level (still free at this point). I emailed the company, they suggested I delete the app and re-download the app and now it’s not free. They want $5 per week, I don’t mind paying for an app, but not weekly. App has been deleted and I have downloaded a new app. Fingers crossed, I like the new one.

Free for 3 days. Wow! 3 days. Mot much can happen in 3 days. Not really free.

The app keeps logging me out and deleting all my progress. The workouts and personal plan are great but every few days I have to start over and it’s very frustrating.

This app is not free. After putting in personal information it wants $4.99 week. Don’t waste your time.

Don’t waste your time and money!! This app is not free as it claims. It’s $5.99/week or they offer a 50% off speed deal for 22 weeks if you purchase within 10 mins. That should’ve been my first clue to avoid! The auto play on this app does not work with my iphone 11. It will not advance to the next exercise and continuously repeats the same one. Turning off the auto feature means you have to swipe and touch each exercise to start them which interrupts the work out. The music is horrible, very annoying repetitive loop. Do not get this app!!
