I bought a ORVIBO vacuum robot R2 and found out that it could not be added to app. Customer service officer told me that it would only work in CN server. Hope ORVIBO could add a switch to connect to CN server instead for China-bought devices. Xiaomi’s Mi Home app has this function. Now I might have to ship it back to China…

Hello, 

My AllOne Pro RF device always goes off line (not seen from my network) after power it On for 3 to 4 days. It happens all the time every week and I need to power it off and power it on back again I order to make it work as usual. 
Can pls advise to resolve?

Sorry to say, this is absolutely ridiculous. Having multiple timeout connections problems. Done with this app and the sockets. My advice to others who wants to control crucial appliances, don’t even think about it.

Update: this app and its device nearly cost the burn down of my house.  Please use at your own risk.

If anyone planning to buy their products, think again. For mission critical usage, do not buy this brand! I have a smart socket which may disconnect from their server and once it’s disconnected, I had to re-setup the socket. It doesn’t reconnect back to their server once it disconnect. All other brand of sockets which I own doesn’t have this issue. You literally need to be there in the presence of ORVIBO socket to react on time when it disconnects on its own.

Dear ORVIBO developers,
Please include SAMSUNG SOUND BAR, FANZTEC CEILING FANS, and NETFLIX/ YOUTUBE function keys. Also YALE IREVO DOOR LOCKS.
Mine currently can only control TV but still missing some essential keys. Also STARHUB BOX, lacks of function keys.
Greatly appreciate if can upgrade those soonest.

I have 3 of the UK25 socket with 2 of them installed in Mar 2020 and have no problem accessing using google home app. Problem is with the 3rd one installed today where it can’t be controlled via google home app anymore while the first 2 are still working. However, Homemate can control all 3 sockets. Is your product can no longer be accessed via google home app?
