I've got almost all of the English Dictionaries over/around US $20 in the store, and this one is the best.  I got this app when Apple first release it's ipod touch 4, and I'm still using it among my different devices nowaday, this app keeps free update for using even to the latest ios 9.  Many other dictionaries already faded out/retired, but this one is stunning!
