No Family Sharing
My daughter discovered this app, we tried it out and then I purchased so that we could access the range of workouts. Have just found she can’t access these as there is no family sharing. Really annoyed.
Quick fire
Literally 7 mins with a short quick 10 second break. Great to do with the kids about as well and it’s over and done with in a blink of an eye so easy to do everyday without being a chore

Hardly get time for gym but quick bursts of this app keeps me on track , very useful if you are time restricted or even on holidays 👍

Do it on its own or after a run or swim - guaranteed to make you sweat!
