冇嘢嗎？想改密碼搵嚟搵去都唔搵唔到，唯有登出㩒忘記密碼，email入面又話首次登入後可以修改密碼，結果又係冇。咁大間公司連一個重設密碼咁基本嘅功能都做唔好，真好嘢！

因為訂生日蛋糕一次過買幾百蚊，覺得唔做會員有啲浪費，所以明知山有虎，偏向虎山行。 登記會員、買蛋糕落單初步都順利，以為冇乜嘢。過兩日再入app，就開始要登入，明明入啱咗密碼都話錯，一定要你改密碼。唔可以用電郵登入，一定要用手機號碼登入，用佢個密碼登入咗之後，就再唔可以改返自己設定嘅密碼，完全記唔到密碼係乜嘢，蘋果手機可以記低密碼就話啫，安卓手機每一次都要入去提供嗰個外星文密碼，根本冇可能再入得返。 用呢個app係考驗用家係唔係一個專業高階IT人，只要你係電腦行內專業人士，所遇到的挫折應該冇乜問題可以解決到，一般人就免啦。

I don't understand this marketing strategy. The act of every store asking customers to download an app in general is annoying. FORCING card holders to forfeit the card is downright inconsiderate. Some people don't bring their phone everywhere. Some don't have smartphone. Or some just don't wanna use an app. Guess you don't care losing those customers.

由實體卡轉移至手機會員計劃是個失敗的專案計劃。Login 煩，慢，成日要login，手機app的好處完全用不上，Apple Pay / Google Pay / Samsung Pay 冇, Face ID/ Touch ID / 指紋登入冇，排隊俾錢要搞一大輪都未登入到，阻人俾錢拖慢收費過程，整依個app係為乜呢？要做enhancement 先有既就係設計問題啦，唔識做IT唔好浪費時間，搵自己公司品牌黎玩真係冇語。
