App non funziona su iPad …

Gentili Sigg.ri, dopo l’aggiornamento a IOS 17 su iPad l’App non funziona e si chiude inaspettatamente all’avvio. È necessario aggiornarla tempestivamente per consentirne l’utilizzo a tutti coloro che sono abbonati. Mi auguro che lo stesso avvenga sollecitamente visto che Apple comunica con largo anticipo le specifiche agli sviluppatori. Grazie.

App inutilizzabile, servizio clienti vergognoso

Ho acquistato un abbonamento trimestrale con mese di prova gratuita, e dopo un giorno non sono più riuscito ad accedere alla rivista. Da VENTINOVE giorni scrivo all'inutile servizio clienti che per TRE volte mi ha chiesto tutte le ricevute per poi spedirmi una mail standard (che non risolve il mio problema) e alle mie rimostranze smette di rispondere alle mail. Davvero sconsigliato, non cadete nel mio errore e non abbonatevi!

dell'applicazione funziona solo il fastidioso popup pubblicitario continuo. appena si comincia a sfogliare va in crash e si chiude.

The app is getting better and better. Not only is both in Italian and English, but now I can start reading even if the download has not been completed yet. Subscriptions are interesting. Good stuff !
