Zoho book’s user interface and way of working is great 👍 but when ever we face any software related issues or any customization requirements then they wont give any solutions they will just say “we will info the same to concern department” thats all then no further action. I am experiencing this from last about 5 years.. till date they didn’t give any one solutions for me.

It’s good, but some points need to be taken into consideration:
1- in search field you must but exactly first 2-3 letters or numbers to find something, it’s too much difficult to remember thousands codes you have . So it’s better if i can but one key word in description and give me this some options have same this word.
2 - must give me notification when i repeat something in the invoice and no different price or code .

This is a billion dollar company, would you guys please check on this matter as well? 
I have spare parts lists and I have more than three million parts, i need to import them so i can create my estimates straight from the books, but Im facing issues on doing that, i had to split my list into 15 parts so i can import them, what other ways are there?
