Most useless app and membership
Don’t bother joining completely useless app so many unnecessary steps trying to get you to release location and farming data then gives you nothing in return waste of time and get more benefits from Nike or NB memberships

App is good
Work well most of the time and generally easy to use. Only feedback would be the navigation to the previous page after viewing products. Previously was able to swipe right to the previous page but now can only use the back button to navigate, which is not very intuitive following iPhones UI
Terrible customer service
They have a "policy" for "returns only" and by returns they mean they won't refund you if you used a voucher to make your purchase. I refuse to believe that a 40 billion dollar company in 2024 cannot do exchanges for misfitting shoes. Or a credit note, or CANCELLING A USED VOUCHER WHEN THE ORDER IS CANCELLED. All customer service agents I had the misfortune to talk to were like robots and didn't understand my problem. So now I have no choice but to go to CASE.

Fixed number of items shown after filter
For some reason the app no longer shows all the items that match your filter. It shows 10 items with no way to go to a next page or scroll further. This includes the app’s own preset filters, such as clicking on the 9.9 sale button to look through the items on sale—only 10 load.
Change email
Can change everything else from the personal information except email address.. please fix it..
Poor functionality and user interface
App has seen better days. Product display doesn’t load beyond a fixed number of products once filters are selected. App lags randomly and scrolling through of product images doesn’t feel intuitive enough. Am on the latest version of iOS and has the latest app update, but sadly, the above still holds true.
