Please add an option in the next version to allow us to disable that annoying WiFi signal is too low notification. This is a mobile surveillance cam, it’s normal to be far away from the WFi AP. Also, please add automatic landscape rotation of the playback screen in the next version. It works only when you return from landscape mode but not otherwise… it’s annoying to press a button everytime you want to watch full screen… Other than that, good job! Thank you!

I just replaced my old adore cams do you think… I have used this application for years. The picture quality is good. The sound is very good and when it is updated, the application is close to excellent. I am excited to have my new cameras. They came with solar capability unfortunately, my apartment complex doesn’t allow them to be displayed and it’s disappointing, but I don’t mind recharging my cameras.

Purchased this May 2023. All last summer (for the most part) the app worked great. I took them down when I left for college and now that I am back in a different area, I put them back on. I had to restart them which was completely fine, however they will not record any videos. Says motion detected but doesn’t record for 10 seconds like it’s supposed to. This has been so extremely frustrating as I come and go a lot and just want the camera to record videos of any suspicious activities. Not sure what is up with this app. Camera seems to be perfectly fine. I have 54GB available for recordings. Get alerts about motion being detected, but when I try to click help says error. Try to reload settings I get an error.

Total waste of money! Can’t access app keeps saying unknown error

Always stops recording videos randomly. Gives unknown errors. Have to delete and update cameras constantly

My cameras are failing. I can't see the videos of the day or the previous days and they also stop sending me motion detection notifications

I tried to set up 3 separate cameras in the app. I have the right network and password. I scan the QR code, the cameras beep, then they say “WiFi connection failed” when the connection progress gets to around 30-50%. I have tried this multiple times between all 3 cameras. I have even tried the Android app and I have been unable to set up my cameras.

Trying to connect cameras on a different house, I make sure that the WiFi is working end everything, but when is time to read the QR code says connection failed, I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but even did press the power button twice to restart the camera and nothing, says waiting for WiFi and than says connection failed in no more than 3 seconds. I got 3 cameras one is adorbee and the other two are rollOAN, can someone explain me why is this happening?

When I first got they were awesome! After a couple years of having these are the worst! The events are not recorded and not the camera won’t connect to WiFi after connecting before! It’s always something. Time for a new camera that works

The app isn’t allowing us to share and flashing a 502 error message. It’s a great app but it’s crashed right now and even the help page won’t load
