App would be decent if you didn’t have an error message every other time you click on something. A 5 second process takes 5 minutes just because you have to keep trying until it finally works

Just like the title The worst app ever! The app is not working most of the time and when it worked, it was very complicated and users likely got headache and disgusting feeling after trying to accomplish the task! The bank needs to invest in a better software somewhere else!!!

Advancial did you even test this latest release? Pull release and update or go back to the previous one until this is fixed. Very frustrating. Takes forever to load. How can you put this product out there.

Yet I am able to login to my account using PC, clearly no one try to fix this buggy app

This app has a system error every time I try to log in. It almost feels like a won the lottery when I actually log in. Tried to contact the customer service but they just want me to change my password which is insane since already told to her that I can log in using their website. I tried to speak out to her but still insisting that I change my password. They don’t even have a clue that this app is not working. I have 4 friends having the same issue but they are not acknowledging it. Just a BIG sight….

I have error messages when trying to log in sometimes. It'll say "user doesn't exist" and then I try again multiple times and it works. Also, it takes entirely too long to lock and unlock my card. I find myself transferring my money to cash app more often than I'd like, so that way I can lock and unlock with ease. It can be so much better than this.

This app never works, I have to delete and reinstall app everytime. Its just useless.

Biometrics won’t work, doesn’t even come up. The app is fine otherwise as far as I can tell.

Loading transaction history is slow. On iPhone 14 pro cannot tap back button due to placement near the center top bar and some graphics and text are covered also difficult to press the button to open side bar to get to settings. I expect more from this backing app.

The app says you can remotely deposit checks but I don’t see the option to do it.😬
