Wrong info in App
Tried to use this App to check-in for my hotel stay - it “invited” me to pay my stay with price +100eur higher than in my confirmation. With that bug experience was over.
Great but glitch
Loved the app to check in and open door but it does freeze up and to have to restart.

Felt like it took 30 minutes to tap in all the keystrokes for a simple checkin
Way too much effort
You’ve solved no problems for me I have to download an app to check in (pain) I have to give my data to you (pain) I have to do all the work of typing that in and making an account (pain) And then I’ll never use this app again because no other hotels use it… That being said when it worked it worked well. The onboarding process needs to be way simpler though

Worst ever!!
Locked out of my room at 4am still can’t get in my room and hour later with ZERO support on the app or hotel. I will call our travel agent in the morning. This is completely unacceptable
Super buggy
This app is terrible or at least my experience has been during the initial intake. It crashed several times. I’ve had to redownload it repeatedly. I don’t like it. Fire your devs.
