one year ago I purchased a workout and registered in the app. during the pandemic I stopped visiting the gym and make the program, now the account has been deleted and there is no training. "Contact where you bought a year ago" 🤦🏽‍♂️ it was fixed, now 4 stars. Some more: sometimes when switching to another application, the training time is reset. when closing the next approach, the previously entered weight is not taken into account

Crashes and freezes a lot which is pretty annoying during a workout especially when you’ve worked hard for 30-40 mins and then in the last 10mins the app freezes and your workout gets disrupted as well as losing the overall timer for your session. Noise/beep option for the timed set countdowns would be good too so as you really have to look closely at your phone to tell if the 30secs has finished for example. Current bug I’m experiencing at the moment is that the videos aren’t playing - says “video unavailable “ for all the different moves ☹️

I love the app but ever since the recent update it has just been buggy, if someone knows how to fix this please help

The new, updated app is so incredibly buggy compared to the old app :-( and with the minor update just released a day or so ago, I have now lost all of the progress on the programme I was doing.

I loved the old app layout I thought it was amazing and I love the entirety of the concept! I’m so sad after the new version, as soon as I click on the video the music I’m playing stops ( so I have to restart it all the time) and then the timer is no longer on the top of the screen as I scroll down, whereas prior it was 😭 how can I go back to the old version please? But otherwise I can see all the Hard work that’s gone into this and I want to buy more (cut and build) but this new layout is killing me 😭😭

Timer needs to be improved - it randomly stops during a work out. Would also be good to have a hit timer included as it’s very hard to keep track of when the time is finished.

This is my first ever full workout guide I’ve used and I can just say so far I’m loving it. It’s challenging yet still achievable. I love the way the app is set up as it’s easy to navigate. I genuinely love this guide and I can’t wait to see the results!!

The app keeps losing the weights I used last time for workouts. This is super annoying as the feature would be really useful as I struggle to remember what weights I used normally

Great programme by Mike but the app really lets the whole experience down. It doesn’t track your PR’s well and often has bugs where it doesn’t save your workouts or crash’s. So so many better workout tracking apps out there. Only use this app for mikes programs otherwise avoid it!!
