one year ago I purchased a workout and registered in the app. during the pandemic I stopped visiting the gym and make the program, now the account has been deleted and there is no training. "Contact where you bought a year ago" 🤦🏽♂️ it was fixed, now 4 stars. Some more: sometimes when switching to another application, the training time is reset. when closing the next approach, the previously entered weight is not taken into account
I love the app and the workouts, hence I want to have it on my apple watch as well When the app will be available?
I love this app, but since the last update it is constantly freezing. I’m having to restart it at least 10 times per workout.
Everything works just fine, on the other hand i cant View program on spread sheet on any program i bought..!
I can't access the app when I updated my password & there's no way to submit a ticket unless you log in to GENFLOW using a Google account. The workouts & the app usage is excellent otherwise. I just have this problem.
So far havent had any issues with the app. Its satisfying ticking off each exercise you finish and seeing it progress :)

Glitchy and will erases logged lifts mid workout. Screen will freeze too
I purchased some courses through Natacha Oceane’s website and I would really like to begin accessing them. I have gotten confirmation on my payment and the app allows me to log in but as soon as I’m logged in the app just shows a loading symbol for HOURS I’ve tried using different networks, switching to my data rather than wifi. Everything. Yet nothing seems to get the app to load. I’ve closed it and re-opened it, shut down my phone, and even deleted the app and redownload multiple times. I just want the app to work.
