AI Meeting Notes - NoteOn

I have been using this app for a while, and it was working great. Recently, I have been receiving error messages, and it does not create at all. This is quite frustrating, to the point that I have relinquished my subscription, leaving a valuable document in abeyance. It would have been a five, but the app is not creating the document. There are too many error messages without a fix!

Don’t waste your money don’t waste your time. First of all you don’t have anyone to contact. If you have any issues with the application second of all, it was running fine the first week and then after that, I can’t seem to load anything or create conscription or anything it records, but it doesn’t create What I need. It is constantly with errors and errors and errors. I’ve tried submitting an email, which is the only thing you can do is submit an email and no one ever gets a hold of you so don’t waste your money. You have to select at least one star in order to submit or else I wouldn’t rank any of it.

Have tried many emails to customer support, no response, previous notes in folders just go away and need to be restored constantly and can’t be separated into folders again

What made the tool great was the AI feature, which is always broken & the team is unresponsive. There are more reliable apps, don’t waste your money!
