Poor results, bad interface, cropping function is broken, don’t get scammed

This app is garbage. I started with a simple portrait and it sat there thinking for hours and never made a video. Their demo reel is nonsense I couldn’t get it to animate any photo.

As of 11/6 the issue is resolved, I guess the fix took a tad longer expected. It is a solid app overall. I contacted support two days ago, there was an issue with paid credits disappearing, support team resolved it quickly. There is a new problem where the image to video is not working and still waiting to hear back from support, last I heard the developers are working on a fix, no ETA. While I think issues happen, the major functionality of image to video not working is a big concern for me, considering I paid the annual fee.

Warning this app just takes your $9 and tells you whatever image you ask to generate that it cannot understand prompt.

I don’t know if something is wrong with me but I can never actually get the video I tried to make

I have tried multiple times to make a video or put motion into a picture and nothing appears and it says it can’t link with the server. This is expensive for something that doesn’t do what it says it will do

I think this is a scam. No trial period to test if it works. Smart. Because it doesn’t. Nothing works. It just keeps promoting to subscribe and then just sits there like it’s processing your video. Then an OK message appears with the message grayed out. When you tap “OK”, you’re not sure if it means it’s going to start the process or if it’s done with the process. When you tap your library, it’s empty and displays an image to “tap here to start your first video”. But when you tap, it does nothing. So frustrating.

Uploaded photo put in the text hit generate an app keeps going back to the asking me for a subscription page which I’ve already chosen the weekly option. Spent about 20 minutes, trying to generate a photo seems impossible on this one.

Even upgrading to pro, it WILL NOT generate anything a fee app will. Any complexity is met with at least HOURS of “building”.
