App is owned by Ray White family member so also a conflict of interest. Very unethical -- sharomar, 2024-12-04 ### *---- "Not Happy" I feel annoyed that this app is used by realestate agents as a renter it’s always been easier to just transfer money weekly into a bank trust without paying fees. This app makes you charge a fee and specifically makes it hard to pay rent each week unless you pay them a fee yes it’s small but still it’s not needed in the rental market which is already extremely tough as it is. Just another company trying to add silly fees to payments. The app is clunky and not easy to use unless you pay the fee… Not happy unfortunatly as the rental market is tough myself along with all other renters would not have a choice whether we can use this app or not which is crazy. -- gehshaijs sna, 2024-12-03 ### *---- "Poor Security policy" Ailo are using old school technology and sending out emails with web links. I can’t believe Ailo are trying to marketing themselves as leading edge app developers. Most tech savvy companies nowadays won’t send out emails with web links or use links in a text a message. I have a few rental properties and when I select a property management company, one of the questions I ask is what software they use. In the future if the company is using Ailo that will not be a positive to select that company. -- Fantasic Me, 2024-11-26 ### *---- "No easy way of doing free automated payments" The app is very inconvenient and has hidden fees for automated payments. The only free payment method requires manually entering your bank details as a one-time payment, which you must repeat every time you make a payment. For instance, if you pay weekly, you will need to enter your bank details 52 times a year.
