This app makes you charge a fee and specifically makes it hard to pay rent each week unless you pay them a fee yes it’s small but still it’s not needed in the rental market which is already extremely tough as it is. Just another company trying to add silly fees to payments. I have a few rental properties and when I select a property management company, one of the questions I ask is what software they use. The only free payment method requires manually entering your bank details as a one-time payment, which you must repeat every time you make a payment. For instance, if you pay weekly, you will need to enter your bank details 52 times a year. According to tenancy laws, landlords should bear the costs of payment processing methods, not the tenants. I never had due with rental repayments and bills. I've got my full bond back and I am already living in new place with different real estate. The app still keeps sending me $8 due notifications via email everytime. I am not gonna pay even 0.01 cents if I do not owe to anyone. Also it is not my problem if they are not up to date with informations. Just going to block an email anyways. Very complicated process.
