Mobile number : Singapore number not receiving OTP Email ID : Not able to proceed further after entering the email id no error message as well So in nutshell the app is not being used.

Error while loading worthless app , forst shows zero convenience fees then after charge 500 convenience fees

Air Asia India/Air India Express please look into making the UI/UX better for this app. It genuinely needs improvement. It keeps crashing, doesn’t give me my apple boarding pass and so many more issues! It’s pissing off!!

App is very slow and Add to Wallet option doesn’t work for boarding pass

Not able to download the boarding pass for the Apple Wallet.

Firstly it’s ridiculous that AirAsia asks to check in with app only. Second you need to register to check in. I travel with so many other airlines and that doesn’t do that. It’s pretty sick of this company to ask to register and log in etc etc. Then I made the payment through UPI and it is so dumb that it doesn’t even take you to the payment received page it just stands in the payment page even after payment has been made. Please improve your service or do something else other than flying planes

While trying to create account, it keeps giving the error as invalid gender. While there is no field at all to provide gender information. Impossible to move past this page

I had a booking with them and I had some issues with them resulting I had a claim for refund. And I am completely unable to lodge complaint of it neither do they reply over email.

Hi Again a very slow responsive app from a brand like Tata. Don’t know how a brand like Tat who have their own setup of technology making such a bad application for there own products. Neu also very slow responding big basket aslo very slow. All their application are legs a lot and crash repeatedly and very slow in opening and very slow responsive.

Learn something from Vistara/Indigo Apps, you cannot change my seat without my permission and now I can’t even go back to my previous choice. Useless in every sense as I expected.
