~ A simpler way to track your Working Sets ~
Working Sets is a minimal and simple workout tracker designed for people looking to build muscle and make progressive size gains without the noise.
Custom Templates and Progress Feedback
• Working Sets deliberately doesn't contain presets or existing models, it's designed to work how you do without ads, privacy invasive activities or clutter.
• You can sync with Health to read health data and save workouts without the need for a wearable.
• Working Sets learns about your activity securely, on-device, and shows you how much stronger you are week-to-week.
Suggested Sets, Simple Summaries and Calendar Progress
• During your workout, any exercise that contains three sets of at least 8 reps at a certain weight will generate a suggested increment of weight for that rep range. If your reps aren't quite at 8 but you've hit the same weight at a few different rep ranges, Working Sets will recommend based on an average.
• Post-workout you'll get a summary which showcases any PRs for that session and your max weight and max rep range per-exercise.
• From the main home view you can see your workouts for the month at a glance. Simple!
Home Screen Widgets, Live Activities and Customisation
• Customise basic settings such as which days you work out, what day you consider the start of the week, your average rest time, the app's accent colour and which app icon you prefer.
• Also launch Working Sets from your home screen with useful widgets that show either your schedule for the day/week, or your last working session.
Apple Watch
• If you use Apple Watch, you’ll now be able to install the companion app to see your current working set, update the weight/reps and complete it all without looking at your phone.
Premium Features
• Set weekly workout commitments and track your progress toward your goals with visual feedback
• Celebrate reaching your weekly workout targets with visual rewards and progress tracking
• Get detailed workout analysis that compares your current performance to previous sessions
• Assign muscle groups to exercises and track which areas you're targeting most
• Premium subscriptions available monthly or yearly with significant savings on annual plans

cette application est super intéressante pour les jeunes en études, de plus le créateur est vraiment gentil et à l’écoute de sa clientèle, je conseille fortement !!!
L'idée est top
Mais dommage c'est payant une foi que vous avez mis un cours, si vous souhaitez en mettre un deuxieme il vous demande de payer

L’application me fait des quizz qui n’ont rien a voir avec mes leçon je lui ai donné mes leçon sur la seconde guerre mondiale et il m’a fait un quizz sur les maths

En vrai c’est une application de génie 😄 Elle m’a vraiment aidé pour mes révisions, en générant des quizz et des flashcars j’ai pu finir mes révisions en temps record et j’ai même réussi mes axames!!

Attention ⚠️ on perd des crédits en regardant la matière de démonstration. Du coup à part en s’abonnant on est vite limité.
Excellent mais….
Application hors norme … j’ai réalisé des flashcards en utilisant des chapitres du traité de médecine… Par contre le prix stratosphérique est franchement dissuasif !!! Dommage 😢

On peut pas en donner car dès l inscription on doit choisir un abonnement… dommage qu il n’y ai pas un mode découverte ou gratuit avec par exemple un nombre limité de doc … je recommande donc pas
Divergent et cher
Ayant entendu du bien de cette application, j’ai voulu tenté! Néanmoins, j’ai été déçue! Des questions totalement sans rapport à mon cours! Il s’agissait de droit économique et je me retrouve avec 7questions sur 8 de droit administratif???? Dommage car l’idée est top!
