Al Masraf

This bank and application is full of waste of time, they will open the account and activate the account after that will ask the required documents and the customer will provide all the information and then suddenly they will close the account and keep sending SMS about their updates, after complaining also they keep on bothering the previous customers. Full of waste this Almasraf bank is… specially the Account manager is unworthy, the main reason of not getting account is due to the account managers only.

No Apple Pay support

When i did the account that time this app is working after some days to im facing a problem tto use this app…i put my username and password but the app is not open

I opened my account since 3 month and till date i am unable to access my account through the app with daily promises to fix the issues and all were false promises … poor services
