Das ist das erste mal, dass ich eine App bewerte. Ohne zu übertreiben eure App ist so beschießen. Jedes Mal wenn ich rein gehe habe ich nen weißen Screen und sehe nichts. Habe 20€ drauf geladen und nen Tarif angeklickt und ich dachte ich habe flat aber nein es gab nen Fehler und die 20€ waren einfach weg. Ich bin ein Student gibt meine 20€ wieder. Wenn es so weiter geht kündige ich.

mit jedem einzelnen update wird diese app schlimmer. nutzbarkeit sollte priorität vor design haben. seit dem neusten update haben sie es geschafft, dass die app überhaupt nicht mehr funktioniert. tarife laden nicht, die app bricht ab. danke dafür, es wird wohl zeit für einen anderen anbieter.

Leider funktioniert die Option ‚Automatische Aufladung Bankkonto‘ seit mehreren Monaten nicht (Stand Januar 2025). Das wurde nicht kommuniziert.
Eine aktive Kundeninformation wäre sehr wünschenswert!

Ich nutze Aldi Talk jetzt schon seit Jahren, seit dem neuen Update wird mir nicht mehr richtig angezeigt wie viel GB ich noch habe und ich habe das Gefühl das Datenvolumen geht schneller leer, obwohl ich nicht wirklich viel mit dem Datenvolumen mache. Sehr schade
