Alien Hive is all about evolving aliens, blending match-3 with sliding tile puzzles for a game that feels both familiar and fresh. Swipe tiles to make matches – combine eggs to hatch cute baby aliens, and then help them fully evolve into Supreme Aliens.

All of a sudden in August 2025, you watch an ad and you cannot close it once it is over, making it impossible to play. Unless they roll out a new bug fix, I might have to give up on this one. It was one of my go-to games when I was bored for many years now.

Ads have gotten incredibly obnoxious. Just this morning, I got stuck in an ad and could not move out of it, closed the game, opened it again, and the same thing happened. I was not able to play the game. Ads force you to click something rather than just running down a timer. They pop up constantly. Really bad user experience that has diminished my interaction with the game. Ironically I’m watching fewer ads as a result.

The game itself is awesome. This would have been my second round with it.

Have loved this game for years. Now it freezes for 5 seconds after each move. Playing on a iPhone 12, current OS. I hope the fix it someday.

Coming back a year later to mourn a favorite game that is now abandonware

I really like the colorful grapgics in this game as well as the trippy, weird, fun, sound effects. you can play free for a long time. the collectible aliens are adorable. In my previous years this game makes me have the urge to get my black light and strobe out. Totally cool. and if youre interuppted it saves your place, which is not a given in theese ios games, so I thought that was a plus. Cheap, challenging, nice to look at. You cant go wrong get this.

It’s a really good game, I’m sorta bad at it but I love all the aliens. I would like to see an alien creature colony/civilization game that’s simple and free. I like drawing made up creatures and alien designs in my free time, and like coming up with the biology of them. Hope you make more fun games!

PLEASE FIX:
In blitz mode the score will NOT go above 2,147,483,647. I get to this score everytime and it shows I’m getting more points but the numbers of the score will not go higher. I love this game and would to keep playing for higher scores, but when it won’t advance above that it’s pointless.

I was enjoying this game until an ad popped up from PragerU, a content pusher (not an actual university) that wraps ultra-conservative, far right wing, and Alt-right messaging in slickly produced short videos. I refuse to support an app that is supported by such a group. Shame on you for taking ad money from a thinly veiled White Supremacists organization. I’ve deleted this game and will not support any of your company’s apps in the future. Thanks for showing your “true colors” though.
