This app and Bailey is honestly the best thing ever. Bailey a is creative, inspiring, radiant, engaging and kind fitness instructor who turns working out 3-5 times a week into a fun self-care routine. Week after week I find myself getting stronger and more toned, but also more confident and grateful for the skin I’m in. Bailey’s fun, loving and caring energy runs through every workout, meditation and stretch class making BBFIT perfect for anyone who’s interested in looking smashing in a bikini and get a self love boost. And there is SO MUCH variation! 30-40 min classes or 5-20 min classes? Low impact cardio, HIIT, Barre, or how about a 7 day butt lift program? With or without equipment? She’s got you covered (in sweat). Just get it already, Imma shut up now.

I am well versed in fitness apps as a busy mom and this is quite possibly my very favorite. The workouts are tough but not insane and the time is just enough. I truly love everything about this app and Bailey's workouts.

She’s changed my life!

Been using it a week and so far it’s been great she even came out with more content I want more recipes that’s my only concern I wish we had ways more recipes with variations. The workouts are great though I don’t have to search for 30 mins on YouTube before I actually start my workout I have all the programs ready to go in the app
